Marufuku Ramen
Marufuku was founded by Eiichi Mochizuki in 2017 in San Francisco. When Mochizuki moved to the US, he was disappointed by the local ramen scene. Mochizuki opened his first restaurant in Japantown and opened more locations as it quickly gained popularity. Today, there are 11 total locations: 8 in California, 2 in Texas, and 1 in Nevada.
Marufuku is known for its authentic Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, which features a rich pork-bone broth and thin noodles.
